    Whisk the dry ingredients in a 350 ml microwave-safe mug. Stir in milk and oil until smooth.

    Hide the center

    Push the chocolate square into the batter and cover it over.

    Stop early

    Microwave until the top looks just set but is still slightly glossy in the center.
