Creamy Spicy Beef Curry Udon

Shortcuts, in order.
- STEP01

Prep
Fully thaw the thinly sliced beef. If using a whole piece of beef, slice it thinly and set aside.
Open the package of cooked udon and set aside.
- STEP02

First Cook
Loosely spread the thinly sliced beef across the bottom of the rice cooker, then add the entire can of condensed cream soup and 100 ml of water.
Break the curry roux into a few smaller pieces and distribute them evenly on top.
Close the lid, start Cook mode, and cook for 9 minutes.
- STEP03

Second Cook
Open the lid and stir the softened curry roux, condensed cream soup, and beef together thoroughly.
Add the entire package of cooked udon. Use a utensil to separate the noodles and coat them with as much curry sauce as possible.
Close the lid and continue cooking on Cook mode for 6 minutes.

Finish
Open the lid and stir well. Transfer to a suitable serving dish.

If you like it spicy, you can add some extra chili powder.
